Sleep is essential to good health. During sleep, the body and mind heal, restore and recharge in order to provide you with the energy you need to live your life fully.

When a patient suffers from snoring or sleep apnea they experience disrupted sleep and stoppages in breathing night after night. This affects their overall health and wellbeing, can lead to both physical and mental health issues, and has been shown to increase the likelihood of chronic health problems.

sleep apnea is a health problem that is associated with high blood pressure, heart problems and stroke. it is important to see a physician or a sleep disorder specialist if you are experiencing snoring and daytime sleepiness.
